I had a nice time painting on my own, im from California so I had a plate from about 6 years ago that I didnt finish, so I brought it in to ask what the statue of limitations are on it. The nice lady at the desk said it was okay. However when she left, two young ladies were there and one of them gave me some trouble about my plate. I paid no mind to it until I picked up my items and my plate was totally cracked and a piece on the bottom wasnt glazed. Another girl offered to re glaze it but since they did a poor job I wont be using my plate, oh well, and I wont be returning to that location.
Edit: I saw your response, I was asked to review my experience so that was my honest experience? I didnt ask for anything to be fixed. I personally would make sure at least the whole plate was at least glazed? But oh well, I was asked for my review and that was it.
