Eric is the most disrespectful and inappropriate boss there is. He acts as if he's a Physical Therapist when he talks to patients (when he most definitely is not) and doesn't pay his employees if he's mad at them that week. He makes very disgusting and inappropriate comments towards his employees and is definitely doing illegal stuff in his clinic. He will have people white out dates and forge doctors signatures. Surprised he's not in jail and this place is still running.

Very biased, rude, vindictive, and discriminatory behavior from the staff and Eric, the owner. They had no empathy for a patient who is suffering from severe pain. They have huge issues with communication amongst themselves and the patient is the one paying for their mistakes and lack of communications. The front desk staff is unapologetic most of the times (except Rebecca) and do not have a minimum courtesy. They charged me for every little extra thing they did without informing me that there is an extra cost to that before providing the service. When I questioned about their bills, they became very defensive. Upon bringing up all the concerns with Eric, he asked me to stop going there without listening or understanding the issues. Being a brown person, I felt being treated very differently from other white patients and without any respect. PS: the physiotherapists working there are good people and especially, Judy. The management sucks and especially Eric.

My doctor sent them a referral more than 3 weeks ago , and no one called. When I called they pretended not to receive the referral although I had proof that it was sent !!! Every time I call they put me on hold for more than 15 min then they say someone will call you but they never do. Im not begging them for anything, Im a patient.. if they dont have time for new patients they shouldnt accept referrals very unprofessional!!!
