I sent an email asking how mediation was going on December 8th and have not received a simple response yet. I personally called this firm 3 times this December and was told someone would call me back that day. They obviously haven't been taught how a phone works, because it has been over a week and no call has been returned yet. I wouldn't rely on this lawfirm ever again. They seem like anateurs5

I was encouraged to file a lawsuit against the opioid companies that over prescribed me 10s of thousands of pain killers between 1999 and 2005. I joined the lawsuit and it's been over 2 years and I have gotten exactly 5 emails in that time. I read the news and see how many states have settled and i still have not heard from them. I have since become homeless due to the effects of covid 19 on the economy. I have tried to reach them and let them know how dire my situation has become yet i still have no clue if i am even part of the suit. I wish I could hire a different company but in the "small print" they made sure I can't do that. I am truly the poster child of what this lawsuit stands for. It's about $$$. Not any type of restitution or retribution. Sad. Very sad.
