Magda Ragab, MD

Dr. Magda Ragab is wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and very thorough. She took the time to listen to my daughter's symptoms and saved her life. She noticed an abnormality in my daughter's heart and made sure that she received the appropriate medical help that she needed. I wouldn't have my daughter today if it wasn't for Dr. Ragab. She is an angel in my eyes and may God bless her. She has made a difference in my world

She DOES NOT listen at all. One of the WORST pediatrician I have ever met. If you are a new mom looking for pediatrician please go somewhere else. I have never been more offended, she insulted me and my baby. She has no compassion or care. I did not have the opportunity to voice my concerns or answer questions.

This was absolutely one of my worst experiences as a mom with any pediatrician. She does not ask questions, she assumes and makes you feel bad because you know youre doing better than what she thinks. She made me feel bad for not sending my 4 year old to pre k. Im a teacher and I work with him every day, he knows more than any other kid his age. I think my 20 month old knows more than some kids that do go to pre k. Also she assumed that my boy is not active enough and eats bunch of sweets and fried food. I guess the measurements showed something that she didnt like. My kid is so active, we never watch tv, only sit during our study hours and we eat ok. When you look at him you would actually think he is underweight. Also she didnt like my 20 month old crying but she was 90 min late and poor child didnt want to sit there anymore. So yes, if you want to feel bad after your visit you should definitely go see doctor Magda. We will be going elsewhere

This was probably one of my worst visits here as a new mom (2nd time mom looking for a new pediatrician for my newborn). I scheduled a new mom visit with her to get to know her a little better and about her practices. I probably got out 5 sentences in during our 30 minute visit. She did a lot of assuming, and didnt listen to anything I had to say. She ran over me anytime I tried to say anything. I didnt get a chance to ask her questions, and she didnt do anything to try and get to know me and my husband as parents or as people. One of the most insulting parts was when I told her my son had autism, and the first thing she said was Im so sorry. Where as, my husband and I are far from sorry. We love our son exactly the way he is. But if she wouldve let me or my husband talk, she wouldve known that. The entire visit felt like a run down from a medical book. When the point of our visit, which I also tried telling her, was for us to get to know her better and for her to get to know us. I am a long time Kelsey Seybold patient, and Ive never been treated like this. She seems like a very sweet lady, but I couldnt be less satisfied with my visit.
