Wish I could give 0 stars but it's not possible but she is so unprofessional for dischargimb my daughter from her care without my knowledge because of a disagreement between me and her which I wasn't rude nor cussing. I only found because I had to call up there to get my daughters medicine and was told she discharge my daughter which I'm glad because her work ethics are becoming poor and poor and she doesn't send your child's medicine to the pharmacy you have to drive to her office just to get an peice of prescription paper even if you stay 45 min to a hour away from her..

The staff is ALWAYS friendly. Dr.Egbe is a wonderful pediatrician!

My kids have been going here since my oldest son was 2mths old... He is now 11, following him is my three younger sons... Dr. "Joyce" Egbe and her staff are sooooooo friendly and its like being around family.... I ONLY trust her opinion with my kids health(even if we have to go to the er, I will still call her when she opens up JUST TO MAKE SURE WHAT THE ER SAID WAS TRUE).. I love to visit them even if we dont have an appt, and just happen to be passing by. I can't even say I have a favorite person in this doctors office, because all of the girls are awesome and I LOVE THEM ALL THANKS DR. JOYCE FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO

Ive never really , felt completely comfortable at any doctors for my kids. I just thought it would always be like that. BUT this women & her staff are all so wonderful. I am very glad I changed my doctor for my kids. She actually cares and no long waiting and they are very quick. I couldnt make it to her due to the virus one day and she could see me through video chat. They are very safe as well and always clean I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR SHES THE BEST.

I honestly wish there was a -0 star ..someone needs to take her license away she is by far the WORST Dr (Egbe Joyce ) I have ever took my children too she is racist and she's worried about everything else but my daughters health she even asked me and my spouse why did you come here you should have went to an Emergency room I was baffled and I said because your the primary care Dr that refers us to do so etc... She laughed in my family's face even told us well your kid appendix might burst mind you without no medical evaluation I swear she had my blood boiling... The BBB the insurance company the human health services got major complaints from my family! Warning DO NOT BRING your CHILDREN to JOYCE EGBE please! The rest of the staff was awesome and kind my kids felt comfortable I wish they had a better Dr that actually cared about her patients.. last but not least there was NO air conditioner what do ever super hot and super dirty ... The toilet was filthy the walls had hand prints just ew!!!! Never Again!
