This Dr. is so unethical. I was here with my baby girl waiting for almost 2 hours, he saw us waiting. Then we get into the room for about 40 more minutes, and finally a nurse practitioner came and said, the doctor left. We left and were not seen. Do not recommend this place at all, plus one of the ladies in the front is rude. Terrible experience.

I wish I can give 0 stars. I took my daughter to get a checkup and she had rainbow butterfly pop it. Nothing seemed wrong with it but Dr. Ali insulted her for being a "lesbian" because the pop it she had was rainbow. she was an 8 year old kid getting yelled at for something she didn't know and he was homophobic and was not being professional. She couldn't stop crying about it and it traumatized my child. She didn't even get a checkup but an insult. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Kool Kids Pediatrics is not safe for your children.

Front is rude. I called to make appointment and see their price but front kept cutting me off to ask for my kids info to make the appt. I felt like she was pushing me to make that appt but instead of talking to me like a regular person, i kept getting cut off and hassled for that appointment. LADY I WILL GIVE YOU THE INFO IF I WANT APPOINTMENT BUT DONT KEEP CUTTING OFF PATIENTS WHEN WERE TRYING TO TALK TO YOU BECAUSE ALL YOU WANT TO DO IS LEAVE. YOU HATE YOUR JOB. QUIT! After reading the horror stories and experiencing that rude receptionist, i changed my mind on coming in. I will definitely find somehwere better!

He is the best doctor so kid friendly always available. One day I even came so late they were closed he still seen my baby now that baby is 3 years old and he sees all my children since birth Nurse practioners are amazing too trust them with our lives thanks kool kids

This doctor does not know what he is doing and he told my mom in front of me he hate working our kind all because my mom had questions.
