Walgreens Photo

Went into pick up a canvas that I had ordered for a gift. The photo worker, just continued with his work while i stood there and didn even address me. I asked him how much longer, he said soon. Apparently his soon was one freaken hour. I needed that canvas for a gift else I would never have waited. Pathetic.!!

Nobody that works here is competent enough to do a PayPal reload, theyre still stuck in the 90s! All Abdul has to do was scan the barcode on my phone but he refused to and was very rude, I can tell right away he has this huge ego and doesnt know how to say he doesnt know how to do things. Its okay to not know how to do things, its not okay to not admit you dont know! Just go to CVS down the street on Richmond, cashier scanned my barcode and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes!

Just waited 20 minutes for help at the photo counter and DAVID came up and said he was too busy to help. That's customer service? This place is a joke. Wanted to get a passport photo taken and a bad employee David has stopped me from shopping here because of lack of customer service when it counts. Disappointed in managment and lack of training...

The younger, often very courteous cashiers usually work the photo department. They are overworked, and under appreciated, and always seem to be cheerful, or at least pleasant, no matter how bad their day is going at this horribly busy and understaffed, (as all walgreens are now, since the merger with "Boots", thanks to their cost cutting, benefit cutting, billionaire Italian CEO) location.
