I had surgery in September of 2023 and still suffering. Was told I had scar tissue from a previous procedure and really couldn't do anything more than what he did, I suppose????. For how I feel I should get a total refund because I feel no better than before. Nothing worse then being told there is nothing else they can do for you...

Dr. Kuperan was great! His office is very efficient and everyone I met in the office was so kind and knowledgeable. It was incredibly convenient that they have CT in the office and made it possible to make treatments decisions without delay. I can breath better than I have in years!

Dr. Kuperan is simply the best doctor I have ever had in any field. His attention to his patients is top tier, and the results from my sinus procedure are even better. I can breathe for the first time in my life! The recovery was minimal, which speaks to his skill and approach. His staff are extremely professional and discrete, and the office is clean and comfortable. I cannot recommend an ENT more than Dr. Kuperan.

I chose Dr Kuperan based on his online reviews so I feel obligated to share my experience for others who might be trying to select a surgeon for their sinus issues. To make a very long story short, Dr Kuperan recommended balloon sinuplasty and turbinate reduction. I have a very high deductible so I paid cash out of pocket for the procedures in September of 2023. Immediately after surgery I had a worse sinus infection than I had ever experienced previously. I kept thinking my recovery was taking longer than expected but now I realize after 6 months, the procedures failed (Dr Kuperans own words). It has been a 6 month nightmare. Bleeding on left side hasnt stopped except for 3 days. I never had nose bleeds previously. I suffer with ENS and other sinus related issues now. I sincerely regret my decision to have these procedures done. Dr Kuperan said my latest ct scan shows the procedures failed, yet hes unwilling to refund any of the $7,800 cash I paid him and only offered to perform a more invasive surgery at a discount which is still at a higher cost than I paid him the first time. Im very disappointed that I not only wasted almost $8,000.00 , but now have more sinus issues than before my procedures.

Dr Kuperan has been amazing in the whole process of helping me figure out the reason for my sinus issues. After initially seeing another Dr and realizing I was not comfortable with the aggressive recommendations, I did a lot of research on who would provide me with a second opinion. I was impressed by Kuperans extensive education and expertise in rhinology. After the first visit, his more conservative recommendations for my case were much more preferable. I was so scared of surgery but I couldnt wait because I was so miserable. The surgery and recovery was much easier than expected and the subsequent protocol has been worth the relief. My sleep has drastically improved. Im so glad to have found Kuperan. He really nose his stuff! Thanks Dr. Kuperan!
