Dr. Michael Kaplan

I had a procedure about 7 months ago, I can still breath !!! Dr. Kaplan took his time and explained everything. He is honestly the best ! He fixed something that another Doctor messed up, I had no scene of smell and no taste and I couldn't breath at all, but I found my forever Doctor Kaplan and will only see him !!!! His staff is amazing and very caring !!! If I could rate them 1000 it still wouldn't be enough.

Dr. Kaplan performed the balloon nasal surgery for me and now I can breath again. He was wonderful from the initial appointment, through the recovery aspect of my care. Very personable and really cares about his patients. He actually called me to check on my status the day after surgery. Highly recommend Dr. Kaplan to all potential patients.

This establishment was by far the most disappointing experience I've encountered. Upon meeting with Dr. Kaplan, it became apparent that his primary concern was financial gain rather than addressing my medical concerns. Despite detailing my symptoms, his response was dismissive, stating, "I don't know what you have." Instead of focusing on my health, he proceeded to discuss the financial aspects, expressing dissatisfaction with my insurance coverage and emphasizing out-of-pocket expenses. Furthermore, I was shocked to discover an unjustified $113 fee, which my insurance provider confirmed should have been only $51, prompting them to take action. This blatant disregard for patient care and unethical billing practices resulted in me leaving the office within ten minutes, without resolution to my issues and feeling utterly disregarded. Avoid at all costs.
