Dr. Doan Nguyen MD

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Where to begin? My partner was treated by this "doctor" for a dislocated shoulder. Afterwards, she was covered in bruises and her hand, on the opposite arm, bruised, swollen and causing severe pain. Today, at our appointment to see what was done to her hand, he: 1. Entered her room without knocking. 2. Kept the door open while discussing her medical condition. I closed the door 3. Kept interrupting constantly 4. Did not listen 5. Took xrays uit did not offer to show or explain them. I had to insist 6. Failed to offer ANY explanation what could have happened .I will be filing a complaint with the State Medical Board DO NOT GO THERE

I had allergies to food and almost every thing . My immune system was very sensitive for one and half year. Doctor fixed me. Thanks

The office staff of this surgeon is incompetent. When I first had my surgery. I was told that I would have to pay out-of-pocket to see the doctor they did not tell me that after surgery that I have 90 days to see the doctor for free instead. I had to go to A different orthopedic surgeon and pay out-of-pocket. When I called the office back and told them about the 90 day. Global which the other Surgeon told me about. Then they honored it. It didn't matter that I was out $300. Then when I went To my last visit, the same girl told me that I need to pay so I did not see the Doctor. I would think that. Since for the first month, I paid out a pocket that they would have honored. My last visit for free but instead I was told I needed to pay. If this surgeon does your surgery, be sure to remember that you have 90 days that youthee this surgeon for free.

I have never had any of these problems with Dr. Nguyen. My arm was broken right below the shoulder and he was the third Dr. to see me. He did surgergy the following day after seeing me. In the operating room after being prepped for surgery, he was right there with the nurses. He stood on my right side where the arm was broke and every time he turned to do something, he placed his hand on my arm so it would not fall as I was highly medicated. You don't see most Dr.'s at all. They come in after you're passed out. I thought he did an excellent job. I am in recovery with him and I told him I didn't feel like I was ready to return to work and he gave me a few extra weeks. He also recommened therapy for me. I have started seeing him for my knees because I was so impressed with him. I have never been treated bad by the staff. If I were to say anything negative, it would be for the lady that makes the appointments to stay off her ear peice while engaging with customers. Other than that, I love his office.
