13333 Doston rd Houston, Tx Dr. Dean office is miserable there is NO ONE available to get patients in or have patients be seen in a reasonable time. New patients must wait a miserable 2 hours or more and still not see the doctor. This location is horrible.

The best advise I can provide is to be careful who you hire and associate yourself with. Michael Dean was completely unprofessional, yelled at us, and then tried to convince me to do surgery on my knee with no MRI diagnostic test having been done. Was this an attempt at fraud, pure malpractice or he simply didnt give a squat. Consider wisely before you take advice to undergo a knife. Would extend zero stars if I could. This place is dangerous.

Really needed a release form and I told them, my husband was going out there from work and when he got there, they told them the nurse was not there. Like why couldn't they tell us before he went up there. So disappointed
