Getting knee surgery was the last thing I wanted to do. I was guided to Dr Burke through my primary care physician. Dr Burke and his staff have made this process and smooth as I could have ever expected. Everything happened just like Dr Burke said I did my part and he did his. I would recommend Dr Burke to anyone needing his services and if I ever needed his services again I would not hesitate to call Dr Burke

I called to make an appointment and the lady who answered gave a very blunt greeting. She asked me for my insurance type and I told her I have blue cross blue shield. She then asked me what type of insurance do you have. So then I responded I have PPO. She then asked me again what type of insurance I have. I was confused as to her question and I told her the network my insurance was in. She rudely asked me again for what type of insurance I have where once again I answered and said I have PPO. She said you need a referral to visit the office. I told her I do not need a referral I have PPO insurance. She responded saying no you need a referral, and that some PPO insurances need a referral. I thought this clinics front desk was a joke. They need to educate their front desk staff with correct information about insurances. I know you remember this phone call.

I visit this office in 2022 and process out is a long wait when they are just sitting there doing nothing. Dr Burke seems to have the knowledge and he was patient with me now makes me wonder should I continue with him. Because the bad reviews I can relate too.

Dr. Burke has no compassion at all. not nice at all. had a sour look on his face the whole time. didn't come into the room friendly. then I get this bad news and I can't even leave. they make u wait 20 mins to check out. then they charged more than they told me on the phone. then they tell me I have to pay twice to see the next doctor. once so he can explain things and the next you actually do something to help. no wonder the reviews are not good on this place. I went cause it had a 3.7 and was close. but I should have trusted the reviews.

This is the third surgery I have had on my right knee meniscus, 1st in 2000, 2nd in 2006 with other provider. I was dredding another knee meniscus repair as the post sugery from the 1st and 2nd time left me in pain for weeks and had to miss work too. This 3rd time with Dr. Burke and Team performing the surgery, was nothing like the other two times. I couldn't believe it ! I had no pain ! No handicap !. Dr. Burke did the surgery on Friday, my day off and I went back to work on Monday. My work place was suprised too. Missd no time and was able to continue a timely work project with a short deadline. If I had known how good I'd feel and be, I would definately have had the knee surgery 2 months before I did. Thank you Dr. Burke and Team. Excellent results. Extremely satisfied patient !
