Extremely Disappointed!! I'm uncertain whether Dr. Tadlock is aware of this, but my experience trying to schedule a surgery appointment for my parents over the past two days has been nothing short of a nightmare. Your staff has consistently evaded my calls, displayed a complete lack of responsibility, and failed to return my messages. The answering service, to put it bluntly, has been staffed by individuals with unhelpful and disrespectful attitudes. Regrettably, we've reached a point where we have no choice but to seek a different healthcare provider. This situation is completely out of my hands. P.S. I came to know that Viviana is the one who will schedule it, and I strongly suggest reviewing her performance, as it appears she is not fulfilling her role effectively. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
