The eye doctor is wonderful. I've know Dr Glee-Ann for years as a fellow medical professional but finally I got to bring my daughter there. As you know West U and Bellaire has lots of kids and it's great to find a doctor you trust for the whole family!! My daughter and I will need glasses and a continued relationship as strong eye prescriptions run in my Asian blood. So it's great I can go to an eye doctor who's great but will stay here year after year. This is not a franchise. Small business minority woman owned but most importantly Dr Glee-Ann is a gem and great with kids too!

I lost my glasses and reached out to Dr. Vu that evening in a state of concern (those who wear glasses know what I mean). Not only did she get me an appointment the next day (opened her schedule just to come in for me!) - but did my annual glaucoma and cataract test as well as the new prescription. To top that off, the front of store staff helped me find suitable new glass frames; both oregular and sunglasses. What said would take 10 days was a few less, and before I knew it, I was walking out the door with a clean bill of eye heath and good looking new glasses as well. The rest you should experience for yourself, because the value and service truly deserve a sixth star!!! Thats a mark that few if any businesses receive. This one actually deserves it.

So far so fantastic. I called and was able to get a same day appointment with an eye exam and new glasses. Dr. Vu and all of the staff were so inviting, efficient and friendly. When my glasses come in I'll add a photo but I am supremely pleased with this place, the staff and the service.

I recently discovered Monocle while searching for a new optometrist, and I am thrilled to say that Dr. Vu will now be my go-to optometrist! She was very personable and efficient with my annual eye exam. What impressed me the most was her thoughtful gesture of celebrating a career milestone with me by offering complimentary champagne. It made my experience all the more special. The entire staff at Monocle was incredibly friendly and efficient when I arrived for my appointment. From start to finish, the visit took less than an hour, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service provided by the team. I left feeling completely satisfied. Overall, I highly recommend Monocle and Dr. Vu for their exceptional care, warm atmosphere, and efficient service. They have definitely earned my loyalty as a patient.
