      We are sorry for the inconvenience that your friend's appointment may have caused you. It is routine for full eye examinations to take at least two hours given all of the ancillary testing done in clinic even prior to seeing the doctor (refraction, visual fields, OCTs, etc), and additional time may be needed to schedule follow-up appointments or surgery. Additionally, Dr. Bhat loves spending time with his patients and gives every patient the opportunity to ask all questions they may have prior to leaving the clinic.If your friend was unsatisfied with their care by Dr. Bhat, we are happy to make amends to your friend!
