Jeffrey Arnoult, MD

I have gone to Dr. Arnoult for over 30 years. Unfortunately, for the last several years I've had at least a 30-40 minute wait at the Gammercy location. I heard the Chimney Rock location was much quicker and the staff was much better there. I made an appointment and waited 50 minutes before I let them know I had to get back to work. It is unfortunate that Houston Eye Associates has gone from being a well run organization concerned about the patient to seemingly unorganized and not really caring. I am reluctantly looking for another doctor.

Dr. Arnoult treated me for a few months and really helped me get my eye conditions stabilized. I underwent a surgical procedure and he did an excellent job. He would answer all my questions and made sure I was on the loop with my treatment. Dr. Arnoult, Dr. Harris, and Dr. Schmidt have been an exceptional team of great doctors and have exceeded my expectations.
