Before going to see Dr. Soni, I called several other offices. Some didn't answer and another left me on hold so long, I had to hang up and call back. I explained to them that I would be cash pay and still the prices were off the charts. Even so, none couldn't get me in for another month and I had a potentially serious eye problem. I called her office and her assistant quickly picked up on the urgency and got me in the very next day.
Dr. Soni, it turns out is not only talented but she is an active and empathetic listener. Fortunately, my eye problem wasn't serious in the end. She and her staff were efficient and took good care of me. Their office is new, modern and clean. The staff is efficient. I just can't say enough about this office.
