I had a very good experience with Dr yen. He explained the procedure and did the surgery. Everything went well and now my lower lid eyelashes do not scratch my cornea. I have read the other reviews that are bad but this was not my experience. I almost cancelled because of these reviews. Im glad I didnt. Remember people get mad for various reasons and not always whether the doctor is competent or not.

He has charged us $1600, for just stich removal stating he wasnot the one who did the procedure, and he put on his chart "removal of foreign body embedded at the eye lid" this doctor does not represent any professionalism at all, it seems he just want to take your money with whatever approach available.

Dr. Yen has been great. Sometimes with specialists you feel rushed and dont get to all your questions ... he has always answered all my questions and somehow keeps me at ease. Even with needles! Id definitely recommend him.

Dr. Yen is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable and is very good about explaining things. He told me exactly what to expect during surgery and he and his team did an excellent job with the surgery. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing levator muscle surgery to help correct ptosis of the eye.
