Northwest Eye Specialists: Rana Ghauri, MD

I am honestly super surprised at some of these reviews. My children and I have came here for about 3 years now, and every time we do come, we love it. The check in girl is great, the optometrist that does the eye tests is amazing, and the main optometrist, Dr. Garza, is a dream. Very attentive, he listens to all my concerns, and explains everything to me. It doesnt hurt that he looks like that celebrity Dermot Mulroney, but thats just a plus. His demeanor Is great, the location is easy to get to, and I love the selection of frames they carry. I also love the check out girl Maria, shes super patient, my daughter is extremely indecisive, but didnt rush us. Definitely will be coming back

At first I was pretty satisfied. However, a year later I am being told that I owe the entire amount of the procedures done on both eyes even though I paid the entire amount. If you go to this facility, KEEP ALL OF YOUR RECEIPTS b/c their billing department will try and charge you twice. Fast forward a few months and I'm still receiving a bill for the entire amount although I did pay it. I was assured that the account was all taken care of but apparently someone on that end did not do their job.

Everytime Ive been to this place for a problem with my eye they have run every test possible even though the tests had nothing to do with my problem. They are just out to get as much money as possible from you and your insurance company. They could care less about you the patient. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Ill never go back. They should get 0 stars

I called in because I have ocular hypertension and my right eye pressure was very high, so bad it was throbbing and i was seeing my Capillaries flashing in my vision like lightning bolts and was in a lot of pain. I called in to see if they could refill my eye drops which they have given me several times in the past for this exact condition. They said I hadn't been in the office within the last 4 months so I needed to make appointment. I explained to them that I had been exposed to Covid 4 days prior. Now they tell me I have to wait 2 weeks to make an appointment and still will not call in my prescription. I hope I do not get some kind of permanent damage to my eye from this condition. Its obvious this place cares nothing about my eye or my vision. Patients beware if you go here, they are terrible people.
