        I tried to make an appointment as Ive been having pelvic pain. Lady on the phone was very nice nothing to say there. I understand COVID is spreading like wildfire but denying patient because theyre not vaccinated is extreme. I couldve provided a negative test result? (Being vaccinated doesnt stop you from spreading COVID FYI) and then to top it off the doctor wasnt in because he was on VACATION but wont see patients unless theyre vaccinated. Make it make sense.

        Dr. Zapata was really nice answered all my questions but his staff needs to learn to be more courteous to patients... specially the nurse blood lab!!
