The best OB office I've ever had! The absolute best experience my whole pregnancy & birth! The front desk girl is so sweet & always hard working. The US tech is sweet and caring. The nurses are always quick and hard working so you never wait long times. The personal nurse in the back for Dr.Schmidt is amazing! She always answered my calls with quickness and handled all my concerns. You can tell she loves her job. The lab tech is always so hardworking & sweet. Annette was an amazing angel my whole experience Here! When my insurance changed she acknowledged my worries and did way beyond her job duties to help me! As a 6+ term pregnant woman that ment so much to me. I was in tears when she took the time to listen and figure out how to help me. Im so grateful. She is always nice, joyful and helpful. And DR.Schmidt.. she is a caring doctor!!! She did way beyond in every visit and during labor when I was freaking out. She did everything in her power to avoid a c section and help me have a safe delivery. She truly cares for her patients , as well as her Nurse practitioner. I LOVE and recommend this office to anyone & everyone!!!!

The woman that did the ultra sound was cordial enough, but I got the feeling that the entire office could give 2 f's about you as a patient! I had wrote on my paperwork that I had not had a pap smear in "several" years. I was not asked about that, nor were there any consultation before the ultrasound. A gel was used (therefore I was not able to have a pap smear after the ultra sound)...I would need to come back for a second visit. After that the nurse that took blood pressure and weight-in was rushing like I was on an assembly line. Then I was placed in a office to meet Dr. Schmidt. Some of the health questions, and the way that she asked them (like how did you get CKD), was asked in a bizarre way...in which could have been answered at one glance of the paperwork I had filled out. As an African-American woman I felt that my health concerns were just brushed away by the doctor, who I felt did not see me as a person at all. I was given the option of a hysterectomy if I want it, otherwise your fine...type of attitude. The Hispanic girl at the front that takes your payment is rude rude rude fn rude beyond belief! Not sure why they have someone working there that is that rude...but the whole office acts like they could care less about you as a patient. I read some of the reviews before I want there... I should have listened. I was mostly disappointed because it is all women ....and you expected more compassion..

This is my second time having a baby with Dr. Schmidt, and both times she was great. I had a little trouble to begin with because I turned 26 and got off my moms insurance and didnt get new insurance until the 1st but after we figured it out Annette really really worked with me and went out of her way to make sure everything was situated before my baby was born. I see a lot of bad reviews but this time I learned being pregnant youre definitely emotional and want what you want because I wanted to have my baby before it was time due to my mom not being here being in pain etc but every time the doctor listened to my concerns acknowledged them and then gave me her reason for why it couldnt be what I wanted and why we needed to wait and I wasnt happy but she thought more about the safety of my baby than what would make me happy and I appreciate that they really care about you here. Thanks to all the care and support I received from Dr.Schmidt and her team I delivered a healthy baby girl 1/17 and I couldnt have asked for a better doctor!
