Had my first son with Dr. McNeil in 2021, absolutely love her and her staff. Her sense of humor and the way she takes care of business is what I like the most about her.

The receptionist are very rude. I tried scheduling an appt back in October they gave me a hard time very unprofessional and rude. I just found out Im pregnant again. The receptionist was very rude she told me Dr Cynthia is no longer taking new patients. No compassion whatsoever.

I just recently loss a baby and tried to see this doctor for after care, I checked to see if she took the health plan Im on (which is Medicaid)and she does. I specifically chose her because of what Ive seen and a plus is she is my same race and a woman, unfortunately she refused me and recommended me to another doctor. I asked if she could refer me to a black doctor she couldnt. Maybe its because Im on Medicaid who knows all I can do is assume because she denied me without a explanation. Maybe she didnt want to deal with someone who just loss a baby. One things is for sure, I will never know. So glad Im strong mentally this would of sent a mentally weak woman who just loss a baby over the edge. I just want after care from a black doctor. So many Black women have died at the hand of the medical profession who dont understand our chemical makeup.
