Paradigm at Westbury

Hot water is not working in my aunt's room. My aunt's feet and hands are turning dark and it is hard to get in touch with doctors and social workers. Poor management.

I had problems at first with my patient not being taken care of and diaper changes not being made but I talked to the staff and had a meeting and everything was taken care of immediately and my patient was bathed and changed and dressed and up and with the other patients in the living room the very next day and none of these problems occurred ever again I have to give it to them. They really made an effort! Gold stars to everyone! Okay?

This place kidnapped me! I was never suppose to go there. I asked to be released immediately. They would not release me or feed me. They tried to kill me by starving me to death. I was left in my urine and bowelmovement for 8 hours. This place would not let me use a phone. I was a prisoner who got treated badly. The staff members and administration dont care and the kitchen employees steal food and nurse stole my medication. This is the worse place ever. I almost didnt make it out alive. Im pressing charges against this place when I can. It needs to be shut down. Dont go here! They dont care about their patients. Administration is horrible. They will not come back to talk to you. All about money!

When I walked in the Staff Coordinator made sure to tell me that I would love it here and I absolutely do. From the Administrator Augustus to the Business Ofc Mgr. to the Admissions Dir. the experience has been amazing!! Love you all continue to succeed!!
