        I was pulled over in the BBVA-PNC merger. BBVA was acceptable but I am very unimpressed with the PNC staff, software, and systems. The transfer from my BBVA accounts into PNC was a nightmare and I do not like going to this location. I am now in the process of moving my accounts to another bank.

        These bank is by far the rudest ever! on top of that they are supposed to open at 9 am and literally watch you stand outside for minutes after 9am... I seriously recommend new management

        Walked in three times asking to set up business checking account. Each time, I was asked to leave my name, email, and number for the manager to get back to me within 24 hours because "only the manager can approve a business checking account". They have never reached out to me once. No calls, no emails, nothing. Wasted weeks waiting on them. Don't waste your time here. You will not be a respected or valued customer here no matter how much business you've done with them in the past.
