I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision before working with ACTS ABA Services.In my professional dealings with this provider, I encountered serious issues related to a breach of contract with my staffing company. These issues ultimately required legal action to resolve. In my opinion, the conduct demonstrated throughout this process was unprofessional and created unnecessary conflict and hardship.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ACTS ABA Services to other organizations or individuals seeking reliable business partnerships. If you are considering working with them, I strongly advise reviewing any agreements carefully and ensuring you have clear protections in place.This review reflects my personal experience and perspective regarding a business relationship that resulted in a lawsuit over breach of contract. Others may have had different experiences, but I believe it is important to share mine so that others can proceed with caution.

Our two kids have received music therapy from Ms. Jackie for several years now and she is very professional and dedicated to the kids' progress. The two kids really enjoy the classes with her.

I was an employee here and the atmosphere was positive Ms Jackie was always sweet, do to the pandemic and the city closing alot of places I went back to my retail job. Few weeks ago i went back for a meeting, as I was sitting in the room I saw a couple families come pick up their children, bringing along another siblings and saw they ran up to Ms. Jackie to hug her hello, they looked very happy to see her I thought that was very sweet,one of them even wanted to stay and keep playing she has always delivered a kind and friendly personality and atmosphere.

I have a very positive experience with my two children at this center. The attention is very friendly and very professional. I recommend it to all people who want to do ABA therapy for their children.

I am so happy I decided to bring my 7-year old son to ACTS ABA! The Director, Jackie, is phenomenal, and every day I take my son to therapy, I feel as though I am leaving him with family! Further, he is doing extremely well with therapy! Initially, when I brought him to ACTS, my son was verbal, but spoke as a 2-3 year old because he was nonverbal until the age of 5. However, within 6-9 months of therapy at ACTS ABA, he speech improved and he jumped at least 3-4 years ahead verbally. Yes, it was painful because I started hearing his opinion about everything, and all of a sudden I was corrected and reminded by my son! I could go on and on about how great ACTS ABA is, but the main thing I love about ACTS ABA is that your child will have the opportunity to experience an array of therapy that is disguised as fun! There's play-base therapy, music therapy, art therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, piano, yoga, and so much more!!! I remember the feeling receiving my son's diagnosis and not knowing where to start. If I had my way, I would have loved to start right at ACTS!
