Dr. Vo is the most unprofessional doctor Ive ever met. He sent his receptionist outside in the sun to tell me my blood results. Then when I demanded to explain to me the results he got irritated and told me that the receptionist already told me. I told yeah I KNOW, but I told him I NEED YOU TO TELL ME because your the doctor. He was impatient and didnt seem to care. Also they charge you for seeing the blood results. These Asian male doctors from overseas are racist against latinos. If you have a skin problem dont bother coming here hell just recommend you to a dermatologist. Dr. Vo is an inept and useless scammer!

I stopped coming to this clinic in 2023 after a negative experience with Dr. Vo. I was a patient here for a little under a year and all my experiences were fine until my last visit. Now I usually go to this clinic to check on my health and have std/sti screenings or blood work done . I had a complication with my health that Dr. Vo did not have the facilities to diagnose and I was refereed to a specialist. I visited the specialist and had some test ran but nothing was found . I was prescribed some antibiotics by specialist for any infection and never was diagnosed with anything. Few months later I go to check on my health again but this time back at Dr Vos office . I had no new symptoms but I simply wanted to check on my health. I like to stay up to date on these things out of paranoia from past experiences. However, This time when I try to schedule an appointment over the phone I am told by the receptionist that for some reason they need to speak to Dr Vo before they can schedule my next appointment . I never questioned this over the phone but I simply complied and was told that I would receive a call back for further updates . I waited for days and never received a explanation or a call which was weird because I had went through the appointment process numerous times and never had to confirm anything with Dr Vo to schedule an appointment. Anyhow, I just figured I was being given the run around and to avoid this situation I did a walk in early one morning the next week. I came in on a walk in and once I got to the back room Dr Vo enters and ask me do I have any new symptoms . I explain to him that I didnt have any new symptoms. Then I was essentially told by doctor vo in a very passive-aggressive manner that if I did not have any new symptoms there was no reason for my test and thats why he sent me to a specialist. Afterwards I was never given the std /sti screening I payed for just bloodwork and had my heart checked. Given what happened the previous week and the way Dr Vo spoke I felt uncomfortable and very much unwelcome so after I left that day I havent been back. There was no malpractice just what I feel is a unpleasant experience and not how you handle business .I was not given what I paid for and he expressed a general annoyance.Maybe he felt like I was wasting his time but it is my believe that not everyone comes to the clinic to run test because something is wrong with their physical health. It could be just as likely that a individual has came in to just make sure everything is alright and as a doctor you should welcome that. Your getting paid, run the test , provide the results and youve done your job. This type of attitude in clinics is no good , you as a physician should be promoting transparency and making your clients feel welcome. Not displaying your frustrations and berating your clients for simply coming to check on their health! Just dont come to Dr. Vo unless you got new symptoms or he might get a lil irritated.
