Totally dissatisfied with the practice or mainly with the management of this office, the doctors are amazing, specially Dr. Benjamin Lee but the manager is extremely rude and negative, she have a total lack of professionalism and work ethic, I am a patient of that clinic for now and just because Dr. Lee is great but please be very careful with the office manager, she will never support you as a patient, she does not care of the patients, she will try to avoid any type of effort to help a patient and because of her management style that I can perceive style try to do a minimum effort, the staff will not know how to work in a situation that is different of the everyday situations that they handle in that office, so if you decide to be a patient of that clinic be prepared to do everything for yourself, be prepared to be ignored and be prepared to be left on hold or to be send directly to voice mail and they will never call back even when that Can cause a liability issue and again the office manager is terrible handling customers, she really need to learn that patients or customers needs to be treated like royalty, I'm totally disappointed of the practice and frustrated to deal with this staff, they need training on how to handle different types of patients, but again doctors are amazing but management is terrible, very rude and unprofessional.

The doctors and staff at Houston Kidney Consultants are wonderful, very personable and very knowledgeable. We have been going to see Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Kagan now for 2 years and 3 months and they are the best. When ever we have an issue we get a response back quickly and with detailed instructions on what to do and what to expect. They make wanting to come to the doctor a comfortable experience without the worrying or feeling anxious. I love that they will take time with you and not rush during your visit. I highly recommend Houston Kidney Consultants. Dr. Peter Nguyen and Dr. Anna Kagan are the best!
