        It is the first time I go to the San Felipe clinic. All the staff from the receptionist ladies, assistant nurses and doctor are very friendly. Thank you for your time.

        This is the second time this has happened to me, the doctors at the reception are the people who play with the lives of children. I ordered my medication at Walmart, because I don't have money at their pharmacy, and they take it to their pharmacy and I tell them to They made a mistake and they don't rush to solve it until they want, it's 6:35 pm here they close at 7:00 pm and my son won't be able to take medicine today with Covid, I don't know what to do.

        The ladies at the front desk answering calls have been the worst customer service! They put you on hold for over an hour and then hung up the call. I called at least 4 times and they kept hanging up on me. They need to be fired!!
