I had my annual checkup scheduled in a few days and needed a refill of my asthma medication (Advair). I called the doctor's office, explained the situation, and they said they couldn't refill my medication. They say they can't fill the medicine because I haven't seen a doctor recently, but I already saw a doctor a year ago and had an annual checkup scheduled. I explained that the medication was for asthma, but they didn't understand, so I ended up canceling my annual checkup appointment and not going to this doctor's office again.

I told you that my husband is only available between 9 and 10, but when you said that only April is available, I said April was okay. However, you said that reservations are available at 11:45 pm at the end of March, so I said it wouldn't work and asked if it would be okay to make a reservation in April, but then you suddenly changed the person making the reservation. The new person asked for the birthdate again and informed me that there was no availability for earlier reservations. I expressed my frustration at the difficulty of making reservations and suggested that they should just refill the medicine instead. However, you changed the person handling the reservation again. When the third person answered the phone, you asked for the birthdate again. I asked why they kept asking the same questions, and they informed me that the patient had to call directly to make a reservation. I then said that I would make the reservation for my husband, but the person informed me that the policy was that only the patient could make the reservation. Since when? Is this a policy that only applies if it doesn't suit you? I've been using this place since 2015, and I always made the reservation instead of my husband. Since when has a policy been established that the patient must call directly to make a reservation? And then you just hung up the phone unilaterally. I called again, but you kept hanging up more than 10 times. And when the phone call was connected, I asked why you kept hanging up, and you told me not to speak loudly. If you experience being unilaterally hung up more than 10 times, your voice will likely become louder. In the end, I kept calling but didn't answer the phone. In the end, I was unable to make a reservation and felt frustrated by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. I think that if you are working in a service industry, you should try to be more polite and accommodating to customers. If the job doesn't suit you, you should consider finding a different one. I would also like to see the policy that states that only patients can make reservations, as this seems unreasonable to me.
