        The office is clean the receptionist was very helpful and friendly really like the staff The dr was fine only she didnt introduce herself since it was my first time seeing her.

        1. I waited 2 months for a new patient appointment/physical with Dr. Moore. When I got there I was asked what was the reason for my visit which I told them was a new patient appt and was told that they wouldnt be doing my blood work this visit which Is unusual for a first time appt and physical. 2. I told the nurse some things I was experiencing and I overheard her and the doctor LAUGHING and discussing my medical issue right outside of my door. 3. The room they put me in had a used syringe, still with blood just sitting on the counter. The doctor came in and grabbed it off the table with her hands. I dont remember if she had gloves or not but later on, the nurse came in and put a hazard box in the room. 4. After waiting in a room for about 20 minutes for the doctor to come back with a referral, another, I guess nurse?, came in and asked me what exactly I was waiting for. I felt so rushed and uncomfortable with my experience. I felt like I was being picked on and I will not be back!

        The reception team and the manager treated me very well and helped me solve everything. Doctor Michelle Jeong didn't like her treatment because she told me that she couldn't help me with everything I needed because she had other issues.
