In the last few years Ive increasingly had various issues and events in my ear(s). Dr Lin has been super helpful each time and helped relieve the pain associated with these events. At times when I could not get an appointment quickly, I have tried other doctors and ENTs with the hopes of relieving the pain. Each time the other doctors have been incorrect in their assessment/ diagnosis and I have still had to see Dr Lin to help. Thanks so much for all you do!

Refused to see new patients paying out of pocket. I am also close to going deaf in my right ear and this was the soonest someone could see me without having to wait over a week. But Save your time. If you have an emergency go elsewhere. Will also be reporting to appropriate offices. They even hung up on us while we were waiting on the phone. Never EVER received such horrible treatment from an ENT office before. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
