This review is for the office personal and she stated she was not a nurse when I asked! Monday at 10 am. I called to f/u on my husbands results and how to manage his symptoms that haven't got better in 4 days since he left the hospital and all she would say is the doctor is not here and the nurse is out till tomorrow. She said they're no results back since she doesn't see anything on the nurses desk so they can't do anything until they get those back. I asked twice during this conversation to have the doctor or nurse call me and the first time she said they can't do anything for him and didn't they put him on a diet or something not even knowing the problems and the last time I asked all she said was okay fine and hung up the phone in my ear. Very unprofessional and made me feel I had no where to turn for help. No other numbers to call for help at this point! Only thoughts were to call another doctor/ specialist but they can't give him a consult with out seeing what this doctor has already seen in the images from last week!
