Memorial Hermann Medical Group Summer Creek Primary Care (located in the CCC)

Refused medical treatment, No real doctors available. I was afraid my tylonol consumption would hurt me. The level of carelessness was astounding. I have never in my life; run the other way fast as you can if it's really an emergency.

When you can get seen I guess its a good experience. I can never get an appointment and its a group practice but you cant see other doctors because there isnt any! I starting to search for another pcp

The ladies at the front desk are the worst to talk to, horrible attitude and not helpful at all, they had me call my insurance and about 10 different medical group clinics. They said they couldn't see me because my doctor assigned was no longer taking patients... I check the website and Mr. Bogwu still works here. These ladies are so unprofessional and I've been to this clinic multiple times all of the women at the front desk are old and bitter, clearly don't like their job. I think they're in need of new receptionists that can actually do their job correctly before they lose all of their business

Do not come here very slow during the pandemic will have you waiting over 5+ hours just to checked or even an covid test. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I went in at around 8:18pm for minor issues got called to the back at 9:33pm to get weighted and take my temp and all that good stuff and they called me to the room at 11:00pm just FOR THE DOC to say just use this soap he was supposed to bring me some medicine and totally forgot about me and a nurse went in thinking no one was in the room  and had the audacity to ask who's patient is this? Like wtf? She said I could leave at 11:47 so I waited another 47 minutes just for him to forget about me I then asked for a work excuse and for her to say no because no screening was done. So 4 hrs for nothing wasted there people after people  going in as if I wasn't there first. It was horrible, it was not my first time there I've had good experience there before but NEVER AGAIN will I let them charge my insurance for some doctor to tell me just make sure you use a "cleanser" and a nurse to say you could "leave" as if I didn't waste my whole 4 hrs for NOTHING don't waste your time or money here people. They have some ratchet ass employees
