        Poor patient care. The staff at this office is unprofessional and unfriendly. While in the waiting room, saw multiple patients including myself get scheduled for incorrect appointments and treated like they were hostile for asking questions. Submitted complaints and concerns to Houston Methodist with no response.

        I had a great experience with Dr Pottkotter! She listened to my concerns, was educated and spoke with experience. Im sad I had to move away. If we move back I will be coming back to her.
