Kelsey-Seybold Clinic | St. Luke's Medical Tower

Very disappointed in the quality of service. I was told that my women’s wellness visit would be covered by my insurance and it was not. It was supposedly verified by the front desk. I paid for insurance all year, this is the one appointment I make and it is not covered. The front desk should have informed me that they were not sure it was covered instead of saying that it was. I am a social worker and just adopted a rescue dog and can not afford this bill. This is very sad and puts me in a terrible situation.

This clinic is incapable of scheduling an appointment. I called to schedule an appt at their Med center location and the attendant was useless and instead booked me at their downtown location without warning me. When I showed up to the appt, they turned me away and were not willing to apologize or accomodate me. They do not care about the patient.

I would be very careful going to Kelsey-Seybold. A $26 accounting error by the staff at the clinic ruined our otherwise perfect credit. Beware of HIDDEN and MISLEADING FEES as well as invoices sent LONG AFTER services have been completed. This location, as well as the corporate office, quoted a services and 6 months later increased the bill without justification.

Worst Experience Ever. They charged me with ridiculous amount of money instead of telling them at least 10-15 times to get only preventive exams done. They charged for all pathology exams which is not covered by insurance and now I have to pay out of pocket. Such an unprofessional way to get money from patients.
