Very poor communication, my mother has been in so much pain from her shoulder/neck that she can not sleep at night or even lay down. Dr jack referred us to dr Ratusznik who said its not neck related. We go back to dr jack he says its the cervical spine who referred us AGAIN to dr ratusznik. I dont know who is in the wrong here but I know that communication is poor and very poor customer service. I am extremely disappointed in the care my mother is receiving. I dont even know if it can be called care because they dont seem to care about patients and their discomfort.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MEDICAL CARE FROM DR. Kim and also manager CLADIUA Mendoza racially discriminated against me when I spoke up mrs mendoza left a rude message on my voicemail Then the mychart notes !!!!! I cannot believe I experienced this . Do not come here its not worth it find a new doctor They all refused to give me any information on anyone higher up Argued me down about how I was treated. Please go somewhere else I will be contacting my attorney!!!! Mendoza needs to be fired !!!! Mrs Kim needs to be retrained on how to do her notes properly !!! Make sure not to put anything inappropriate on someones paperwork !

I had considerable discomfort due to sciatica and was referred here by my orthopedic surgeon. Fortunately I was assigned an amazing physical therapist, Dr Casey Hicks. Marvelous bedside manner, Casey was patient with me, talking me through each step of my rehab. Within the first few visits there was noticeable improvement. He went above and beyond, giving me tips on how to improve and build my core. He was a most excellent coach. Should you ever need an excellent physical therapist, ask for Casey.
