The service was slow it took like 2 hours for Dr Jones to call me. They draw you in posting $25 doctor appointments and then charge you $39.99! The doctor said she could not prescribe me anything, but also did not bother to give me any advice!

I needed antibiotics for a finger infection that I got from pulling a hangnail. Felt a little unsure about the website and was hesitant because I thought it may be a scam. Without insurance minuteclinic quoted me $100-$140 for treatment. I figured I would try the website out and if it was a scam its only $40ish. You fill out a section about what happened, your symptoms, allergies, what you want, pharmacy info and you can add additional comments. You also can attach pictures. It was honestly such an easy process. Got called by the doctor a couple minutes after I submitted my info. Call lasted around 2 minutes and the doctor immediately put in a prescription to my pharmacy for antibiotics. Wish I had found this service sooner. Great price ($36), super time efficient, such an easy process and I didnt have to sit in a doctors office for over half an hour!

Take your business elsewhere. I signed up for the membership, and requested my appointment. I paid $35.99 for a 1 minute and 30 second phone call. I needed the appointment because I needed refills on my daily medications. At the time of my appointment, I had one day left of one of my medications. I uploaded pictures of said medications (so, the doctor had proof, as well as all the information needed for said medication) as well as selected my pharmacy. The doctor was rude, condescending, and made it clear that being on the phone with me for my appointment was the last thing he wanted to be doing. He kept asking "anything else?!" As though this was a fast food restaurant. I just wanted to confirm he was prescribing me the correct dosage, and sending it to the correct pharmacy. He assured me he was. I could just tell by the way I was being treated, he wasn't paying any attention. The next day, I go to pick up my prescriptions. He had only submitted one prescription. The one I needed the most was the one he didn't send at all. I am now going on 3 days without my medication due to his negligence. They have NO customer service phone number!! The only way to contact anyone is via email. They take their sweet time responding, and they are also rude!! Doctors are obligated to deliver a standard of care. Dr. Kahn definitely shouldn't be a doctor. I have requested a refund for my appointment, and they are acting as though I am asking too much. I am owed my money back for the lack of care I received. I still do not have my medication. They tried to blame the pharmacy! Had the doctor done his job properly the first time, I wouldn't even be in this situation!! There are tons of other teledocs out there. Please, please, do not put your health in these crooks hands!! They do not live up to the standard of care, and have no sense of urgency!! I will never be using this specific provider or service again, and I will fight for my refund! I will also be filing a complaint with the board of physicians registered with the state.

This service has been lifechanging for me!! I dreaded having to go to the doctor just to get a refill on a prescription I have been taking since 1998. I live in the metro and going to the doctor means taking off work, sitting in traffic, going to the doctor's office, sitting in the waiting area for an hour, sitting in the small room for another hour, and then having them try to bilk my insurance as much as possible for whatever they could get. Dr Satter knows me, she is super friendly, she makes sure I am still well and that my medicine is working for me. I have been a patient for two years and unless I have a harpoon sticking out of my chest I won't use any other doctor other than Dr. Sattar. The process goes like this: go online to the portal, schedule a virtual appointment, get confirmation email and text, Dr. Sattar calls me within minutes and I get my prescription filled at my closest walmart. I can't recommend them enough. They are very fair in their pricing so even if you don't have insurance they are a very affordable solution without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend!!
