I haven't came here in many years since I moved, but it's just as great as I remember. My therapist was Lina and she did a stellar job! She made me feel very comfortable and did a custom massage based on my needs, central to my achey shoulders. 10/10 recommend

Clean and welcoming environment. Both ladies were professional and polite and did exactly what we came for. We upgraded to adding hot stones and CBD. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a massage. I used a Groupon, used a 10% promo I found online and payed thru cash app to obtain extra 8% cash back! Thank you kindly for your services! I cant believe people actually go here. I went to the one in Katy and the massage was very mediocre. I wont go into detail because Ive already given them a review however a friend wanted to get a massage and she was treating. She suggested Touch of Massage in Katy because its closer to me i said well lets try another location so we went to the one off Richmond. Ive come to conclude either ppl just dont know how to give a proper massage or they are plain ole lazy and dont want to put effort into it. Im not sure what they are teaching in massues school these days but all I received was a rub down. People rubbing is not a massage and Ive received a lot of massages in my life. Then the person put a hot towel on my back and proceeded to grab it several times in a pinching motion which hurted. Im like wth is he doing i couldnt wait for the rub session to be over. I didnt tell my friend because i didnt want to hurt her feelings but it was not a relaxing experience. I will never visit a Touch of Massage for service ever i dont care if they are giving away massages for free the day.

Ashley, the manager has HORRIBLE customer service. She claims that I was unable to use my Groupon and that the information was on the groupon that you can only use a Groupon once in life and the Groupon specifically says not within 6 months. I have not been to this place in years. She told me to call Groupon and get a refund. I asked her if I screen record their page AND my purchase page and it doesnt show what she is saying what will she say? She kept avoiding the question. Also, I asked her name.. which is probably a lie. I also asked for the owners name and she said shes not obliged to tell me that. She then told me to go to the other location and hung up on me, and this is the short version. Also, check their reviews on Groupon for similar stories.
