Theyre were ok but good have been nicer. A bit slow as well.

During my four years at Opera in the Heights, I served as Manager of Operations & Patron Services, then later as Marketing & Events Manager. I can't share enough about how positive my experience was working with Raquel and Refinery Brands over the course of the entire period. During my first two years they delivered exceptional results surrounding our season promotions including email marketing, social media, PR, advertising, and our annual brochure. She also worked closely with our Executive Director to develop end-of-year fundraising campaigns as well as miscellaneous fundraising campaigns throughout the year. Her responsiveness and turn-around time were superior. Once I took on the Marketing & Events Role, I absorbed several of the items Refinery produced for us, however, Raquel was always more than happy to advise me and quickly answered any questions I had. I have recommended Refinery Brands to several colleagues in multiple industries and, given the opportunity, I would quickly choose to work with them again.

Love working with Refinery Brands. Raquel Meyer is a pleasure to work with. She is very professional and does a great job. I never Feel rushed and she always makes sure Im satisfied with the end result. I look forward to working with Refinery Brands more in the future as my business grows. I also recommend others to do the same.
