        NOT good for beginners at all! I dont know anyone whos able to do 150 crunches off the bat. Whats even the point? Thats ridiculous. Previous gym was great. They worked with me and laid a good foundation. This gym just didnt care.

        I've been training BJJ at Midtown MMA for more than a year with no prior experience in this martial art. I'm very grateful to this place and especially to Professor Martinez and Farias. Every class was a challenging and rewarding experience. I especially recommend this place to those who are just starting out. The amount of support beginners get here is fantastic.
