Pending review Sloooooow service and fish slapped together, don't be deceived by the old but good reviews nor the pictures. I wish I took a picture. It literally looked like cut slives of fish slapped together. I cam because I just wanted a rustic and casual but good and authentic sushi. I should have known when I saw the menu and realized its more for the Japanese bar food and beer catering to the Japanese company employees. Show less

One of the most authentic Japanese restaurant in America!! Found this place by chance and the chef did not disappoint, definitely coming back!

Super cool casual sushi restaurant! Small space and calm atmosphere. Reminds me a lot of "Path of Tea" on westheimer. Came here on valentines and expected a lot of people but not too many came in, very unexpected since the food is pretty good. Feels like a hole in the wall place. Really liked the osumashi soup, so much flavor, and the salmon! Food taste fresh, the staff is very attentive and friendly, and everything seems really authentic! Highly recommend visiting.
