My experience has Not been good. Dr Flores seems personable but argues about every aspect of my health & care. I think some of his bedside manner may be a product of the clinic or organization rules. I was told that a patient over 60 could only speak to the Dr for 20 minutes. The organization needs to better itself and have more Dr's, PA's, or Nurse practitioners in the Briar Forest Clinic. My Prayer is that I don't perish because of his attitude. The front desk staff, MA's and the lab associates are all always so nice. Thank you to them all.

He was nice but my only issue, I don't like that he rushed our appointment because he was behind. I haven't seen him in years and had a few questions that didn't get answered because he gave me a very quick visit. The exam wasn't very good because he was in a hurry. This is how some doctors miss things with patients because they have too many patients and there in a hurry. I suggest he slow down and make the patients feel like you care. Because I really didn't feel that.

Tomas Flores, MD, is a board-certified internist who attended University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, completing his medical degree in 2011. From there, he went on to California, completing his internship and Internal Medicine residency at the Los Angeles General Medical Center in 2014. He provides primary care for adult patients, including well care and sick care for acute illness, such as pain or cold and flu symptoms, and chronic adult diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease. In his practice, he most enjoys helping and meeting new people and learning new things together with his patients. Dr. Flores joined Kelsey-Seybold's medical staff in February 2025.
