I saw Dr. Murali for the first time on September 11, 2023. I had to wait 3 months to get in to see him, but it was well worth the wait. Dr. Murali is tge first doctor I've seen that took that much time with me to help me understand why I can't lose weight. He actually looked at my records and the info I completed to understand my body and my habits. I'm actually excited and ready to start my weight loss journey. I didn't feel judged for being obese which is how I felt with some other doctors. One doctor even told me so. Thank you Dr. Murali for looking at me as a person and not some glutton obese person. I highly recommend him.

I do recommend Dr. Murali. Terrible communication every time. Ive been seeing this practice for 2 years now and every time my pharmacy needs to reach them, they always have such a difficult time getting hold of them. For patients, there is the patient portal for communication but it is near impossible to communicate with them there as well. The communication was poor from the beginning, but has gotten worse and worse to the point where it is now unacceptable. I have now gone 2 weeks without medication because they cant simply answer or return a phone call from the pharmacy. My pharmacy has been trying to reach them since the 22nd of December with no success. Ive messaged them through the portal many times, even following up on the message 4 times now with no response. Im now looking for a different practice because it is completely unacceptable for a patient not to get their medication simply because the medical provider cannot communicate or is incompetent with refilling their patient prescriptions. Not only that but he does not care to hear patient concerns either their health but more focused on prescribing as many medications as he can. My OBGYN always orders her labs with his needs also in consideration - she will order additional tests knowing that I will see him soon. He never looks at the lab results or even asks for them - just wants to provide more and more medications.
