Prime Physicians - Minh Q. Mai, MD

Booked my appointment through ZocDoc, with a different physician. Received a call from their office to get there earlier, then had to wait an hour to get seen. They took a urine sample to confirm my pregnancy, and then prescribed me a UTI antibiotic that is NOT the first option for a pregnant woman. I had to later find out from a different Doctor that luckily I was far long enough that the antibiotics didnt harm my baby. Thank you to God, but people should really not go to this clinic. They are not well rounded in communication, and definitely do not seem to know what theyre doing.

Front office staff will lose records, ignore requests and create an awful experience over time. Ive been going to this doctor for years and I love the doctor but no longer willing to work with his front office staff and nurse practitioners. It gets worse and worse. Ive stayed loyal and after an hour commute, I could see the doctor because I waited a little over an hour and Im done. I cant work with a team that is this disorganized. 3 others in the waiting room had waited 40 minutes before I got there. Just no!

Don't hesitate to call the clinic for support when you have health problems since timing is your life. Our family trust Prime Physicians PA since their staff are caring with fast response. Dr. Mai was eloquent and kind, he gave us good advices and solutions for our health problems. He also spent time listening to our problems which you might not have now with most of clinics
