Horrible bedside manner and unprofessional. Ive been treated for my disorder for 6 years and tried switching to him because I moved away from my RA. Had recently went to the hospital with cardiac issues of stroke level bp. During my first visit with him he spent about 2 min in the room with me then ordered a bunch of labs and X-rays. Told me to return in 2 weeks after he could get my medical records and lab results. When I arrived for my follow up. They did not check my BP because the cuff was broken even tho I had recently had major issues with my BP and a history of a heart attack. He came in and told me everything is normal. I looked at him in disbelief and pain. I told him that isnt accurate and asked about my medical history. Thats when he informed me that he hasnt received my records. I said well what am I doing here and what are we discussing. What was the point of this meeting he told me that my X-rays were also normal which is a flat out lie. My L5 has been messed up and I have nerve impingement with loss of feeling in both legs. I had recently had an X-ray by another MD. So, I questioned him about that. He told me that he didnt need to review my X-rays with me and if I wanted to seek treatment I should go back to my previous dr if I didnt like his service. Completely rude and a waste of time. My whole family is medical and administrative. In my 39 years of life this was the worst patient care I have ever received and completely unprofessional. He clearly has an ego problem and only wants to pump patients in and out not really paying attention to detail or spending time with patients. Its clearly all about billables to him. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO SEE THIS DR. HE DOES NOT DO HIS DILIGENCE!

Poor ethical and poorly medical practice . They canceled my loved one appointment twice virtual medicine. He hasnt even seen the patient and he already created a visit summary on my chart epic program like pretending he saw the patient and thats illegal; concerning he will be billing phone visit vs virtual visit . We will talk to our attorneys and insurance company

This is a highly professional, friendly, efficient medical office. Dr. A is very knowledgeable, considerate and reliable doctor. Great rheumatologist.

Dr Alikhan is very knowledgeable and explained in details what could potentially happens to my gout flare and options to treat it, future actions to check, control and avoid it again. Highly recommended.
