        The reviews are correct on the actual Medical Care Houston Page. The individuals at the front desk who schedule appointments are extremely rude! I mean no costumer service at all. I tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. garcia and she offered me a membership program with him for 2,000$ I was so confused and said I dont know what that is. (I have insurance) she was quiet and then said do you want to join or not and I said I mean no because Im not sure what that is I just want to schedule a regular appointment and then she hung up on me she was very rude as soon as she answered the phone. So disappointed because this doctor was referred to me.
