In particular, Dr. Vernica Garza registered me at 3:20 pm, it is 4:06 and it is time that she has not received me yet and she still wants me to wait 15 more minutes. I have been making the appointment at another clinic for 2 weeks because in the I'm going to say it's Pasadena or Clear Lake. Until the other month, it's getting worse and worse.

He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where he also completed his internship.
