Dr. Lenz is an old-fashioned primary care physician. He listens to what you say, asks appropriate questions, looks at you, and actually touches you. He will palpate your thyroid, your lymph nodes, your abdomen and any other place, comparing what he feels with what he felt a year or two ago when he last examined you. He spends as much time as it takes and has never made me feel rushed. He has referred me to specialists on occasion over the years, all of whom I have found to be first rate and every referral has turned out to be appropriate. I have his personal cell phone number and am invited to text or call him whenever I feel it is appropriate. He texts or calls back or has someone on staff call, as appropriate for the situation. I am very well satisfied and thankful that our paths have crossed.

Dr. Lenz has been my personal care physician for many years, and he has always been there to care for me. I trust him completely to listen and advise me with his superb knonwledge and experience. Dr. Lenz is not just a fine doctor but a man of character whom I hold in the highest esteem. It is always a great pleasure to see Dr. Lenz for his cheerful and positive attitude.
