This location is in desperate need of new management and/or ownership. Nearly every time my family comes here, you dont have hardly any ice cream made. Youre doing a horrible job of managing your inventory. At 7 pm on a Saturday you shouldnt be completely out of Vanilla and Sweet Cream. Every single time. This has gone on for months. Pay someone to fix this store and they will pay for themselves. Youre losing money on this store for pure laziness.

Walked in 15 minutes before close. The woman at the register stated they closed in 5 minutes and the slab had already been cleaned. She instructed us that if we wanted ice cream they would only put the toppings on top and would not mix them in. The cookies were all already put away. She made to sure to make us feel unwelcome, and she accomplished her goal. We left. Will not be back.

This place is by far the worst in and around this area. I go to Marble slab A lot. I have two sons and we all eat the same ice cream. I dont mine when they run out of a ice cream thats ok. What makes this location horrible Is the the customer service. I asked for a pint and they are out of that size. When I suggested buying 3 of the next size down and just changing me for a quart they didnt know what the next size was and sad they will charge me for that no matter what. Its as if your troubling them to do there job. I can go on and on about other issues but drive down the road and get it. I avoid this place by all means and you should as well.

Gosh the service is terrible here. They hire people who obviously dont want to work and have the worst attitudes. Plus they dont have any of the good ice cream in stock like seriously who wants yellow marshmallow ice cream?
