        Horrible service. The front seat lady was extremely rude and snappy with me at check-in when I asked questions about my reservation and the deposit amount.. then at checkout the room was completely clean and she decided to keep 40 dollars of my 100 dollar deposit saying that they were for 2 towels having a stain on them from me cleaning up a beverage spill Im the room.. but arent you gonna wash the towels tho? And what else do you clean a spill up with if no paper towels are present in the room? They are a rip off and very rude to African American people.
